Ainsi par Protocole d’Accord du 10 janvier 2008 conclu entre le Groupe Banque Atlantique et Amity Bank Cameroon Plc et par convention de cession d’actifs avec prise en charge de passifs entre Amity Bank Cameroon Plc et Banque Atlantique Cameroun SA, AFG Bank Cameroun a repris des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d’actif d’Amity Bank Cameroon Plc.<\/p>\n
